Encouragement the 22nd good Word
The 22nd word in the "Good Words" Project.
Jo Goldsmith has made it her mission to Encourage her fellow Hubbers to become learn to live by the good words she gave us weekly.
From the moment I learned of the "Good Words Project" I promised to write a poem for each word and this is the 22nd and this is the 22nd Word, and it's meaning fits Jo 'Grace', she is encouragement to me.
Encouragement
Like the Momma bird teaching her little ones to fly
On wings of encouragement they streak across the sky
Jo gives us words
To practice using to live by
Encouragement is the act of encouraging someone
To be more than they can be
To inspire them to encourage others
To reach as high as they can reach
That is how an encouraging chain begins
Encouragement when we receive that extra push
It is the urging from a friend
To try and try again
Who says "keep on trying" and you will surely win
Encouragement with the tug of an urchin’s hand
Combined with his impish grin
He knows that he will win
You will be encouraged to do most anything for him
